Beautiful sunset and river views from almost every room in the house. This home sits on a high and dry location, flooding is not an issue. It is located just minutes away from St Augustine and the Atlantic coast and a short drive from Daytona Beach, Orlando and the University of Florida. This area of the river has hundreds of miles of wooded undeveloped shoreline most of which belongs to the state or federal government.
